The terms "we", " our" and " us" refer to PayStation and the terms " you", " your" and " User" refer to you, as a user of PayStation . The Personal Information enlisted above is not a mandatory requirement to register and use our Platform. Phonebook contact list and image Info
We use your contact list & images to provide you the mobile recharge options for your friends and family members without typing the number manually.
Otherwise we don't collect any of your contact data to use in any business purpose or share with any third parties.
If you do not want us to access your contact list information, you can revoke our access by adjusting the permissions in your device settings.

All Personal Information collected may be retained with us for such periods as may be necessary and to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

PayStation reserves the right to moderate, publish, re-publish, and use all User generated contributions and comments (including but not limited to reviews, profile pictures, comments, likes, favorites, votes) posted on the Website as it deems appropriate (whether in whole or in part) for its product(s), whether owned or affiliated. PayStation is not liable to pay royalty to any User for re-publishing any content across any of its platforms.
If you submit any material on the Website, you agree thereby to grant PayStation the right to use, moderate, publish any such work worldwide for any of its product(s), whether owned or affiliated.
You understand that by using the Services you may be exposed to Content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that, in this respect, your use of the Services will be at your own risk.

Account information
If you create an account to take advantage of the full range of services offered on PayStation, we ask for and record Personal Information such as your name, email address and mobile number. We may collect and store your Sensitive Personal Data or Information (such as any financial information including inter alia credit card, debit card details, bank account and know your customer (" KYC") documents as per BB (Central Bank) regulations and any other information as may be applicable) that the User may opt to save in the User account created with PayStation. We use your email address to send you updates, news, and newsletters (if you willingly subscribe to the newsletter during signup, or any time after signup) and contact you on behalf of other Users (such other Users who send you friend requests, personal messages, or other social collaboration based events). If you do not want to receive communications from us that are not relevant to you or your use of our services, please click on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom of such e-mails sent to you by us. We use your mobile numbers to send you transaction alerts and SMS alerts based on your preferences. If you do not wish to receive such SMSs from us, please notify us at info@paystation.com.bd to stop receiving SMSs from us. PayStation assures that your Personal Information will not be made public or sold to any third party.
The User shall have an option of erasure of any information provided by the User including Personal Information. If a User opts for the said option of erasure, PayStation shall delete all stored information of the User from its servers.
We also store customer information of customers making payments through PayStation. However, only when customer chooses to share the information on the businesses powered with PayStation applications we share the information to respective businesses. However, PayStation is not liable in any way for any misuse of this information by the business or people related to the businesses to whom the information is shared by the customer.
Feedback
If you contact us to provide feedback, register a complaint, or ask a question, we will record any Personal Information and other content that you provide in your communication so that we can effectively respond to your communication.
Activity
We record information relating to your use of PayStation, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, location, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp information. We use this type of information to administer PayStation and provide the highest possible level of security and service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of User behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of PayStation. We require access to your camera and permissions thereof to ensure that the process of uploading pictures and graphics from your camera on your devices through which you access the Platform is a smooth process. For instance, you may need to click pictures of your government identity cards for the purposes of KYC obligations.
Location Permission
PayStation maintain the strict privacy relating to personal information of user provided to PayStation during the registration. PayStation will not share customers confidential data or any report to any other third parties. PayStation collects your location so that our sales team representative can easily find your shop and provide a quick service to you. However, PayStation may collect location information to provide customers with location-based services and conduct analytics to improve their services. The type of location information we collect depends on your setting in the device you use to access the service. If you do not allow it you can manually enter your location information.
User access of Personal Information
At any point of time users can choose to edit/modify or delete/withdraw any Personal Information shared for use of the Platform. This can be done by accessing the "Account" section of this Website / Platform.
Please note that deleting or withdrawing Information may affect the services we provide to you. In case of modification of Personal Information, Users will be required to furnish supporting documents relating to change in Personal Information for the purpose of verification by the Platform. Indemnity
The User shall indemnify and hold PayStation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, promoters, directors, employees, contractors, licensors and agents and any other related or third parties involved with PayStation in any manner whatsoever, harmless from and against all losses arising from claims, demands, actions or other proceedings as a result of:
§ Fraud, negligence and willful misconduct by the User in the use of the Services;
§ Violation of applicable laws in the use of the Services and/ or in the conduct of the business of the User, including but not limited to the legal provisions mentioned under paragraphs 6 and 7 hereinabove;
§ Breach of the User's confidentiality obligations under these Terms of Use;
§ Disputes raised by a User's customer in relation to a transaction where such dispute is not attributable to the Services;
§ Penalties, fines, charges, or any other actions as a result of breach or violation of any the User's representations and warranties; and
§ Fines, penalties and charges imposed by the Acquiring Bank, Card Payment Networks or any Governmental Authority on account of transactions on the User's website or platform that are in violation of applicable law.
Security
Your account is password protected. We use industry standard measures to protect the Personal Information that is stored in our database. We will occasionally reset or ask users to change account passwords as a precautionary measure.
We limit the access to your Personal Information to those employees and contractors who need access to perform their job function, such as our customer service personnel. All employees and data processors, who have access to and are associated with the processing of Personal Information provided by users are obliged to respect the confidentiality of every user's Personal Information. Applicable law
Your use of this Website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
The Users agree that any legal action or proceedings arising out of your use may be brought exclusively in the competent courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction in Dhaka in Bangladesh and irrevocably submit themselves to the jurisdiction of such courts/ tribunals.
Consent and Binding Agreement
